The picture was taken in Chorin/Germany near the lake "Großer Heiliger See" in the midst of the "Schorfheide" biosphere reserve (see)
It's a really beautiful and peaceful place just about 50km from Berlin.

I like the atmosphere of it because it's so dense. Although it was a sunny day in the early afternoon the sun hardly had a chance to peak through the treetops.
