Forest on the Macin branch of Danube river bank
It is a forest in the Lower Danube everglade, near the town of Macin. I will geotag it.
It stretches along the Macin branch of Lower Danube, also known locally as "the old branch".
The trees are willows and seem to have been planted in straight lines, long ago.
The forest is often flooded when the water is high, especialy during spring. You can see the roots grown high on the trunks, because there used to be water. I think the last big flood happened in 2006.
