The Path
it was created using a vintage Diana Camera - a plastic camera often given away as a carnival prize in the 1960s. Thus the vignetting, soft focus, and distortion around the edges. The forest scene can be found at Parker Woodland Audubon Refuge in Rhode Island. Boardwalks have been built where the trail crosses wetlands. As a wetland biologist turned photographer, I'm especially drawn to capturing the beauty of nature, and what better place than the woods to find such beauty.
